Iingxaki ezijongene nabasebenzi beNkqubo eYandisiweyo yeMisebenzi kaRhulumente (EPWP), abasebenzi beNkqubo yeMisebenzi yoLuntu (CWP) kunye naBasebenzi bezeMpilo boLuntu (ii-CHWs)
Ii-EPWP, ii-CWP kunye nee-CHWs zenza umsebenzi osisigxina – umsebenzi ekufuneka wenziwe kwaye wawukhe wenziwa ngabasebenzi bakamasipala nabasebenzi bezempilo. Kodwa umsebenzi wabo awukhuselekanga. Lixesha elifutshane kwaye liyingozi. Kwakhona, abafumani mivuzo efanayo kunye nezibonelelo njengecandelo likarhulumente elisisigxina okanye abasebenzi bakarhulumente basekhaya.
Ii-EPWPs azihlawulwa kwawona mvuzo uphantsi kakhulu wesizwe oyi-R28,79 ngeyure. Bahlawulwa kuphela i-R15,63 ngeyure kodwa benza umsebenzi osisigxina. Xa iinkonzo zabo ziphelisiwe, ii-EPWP, ii-CWP kunye nee-CHWs azinalungelo lokufaka isicelo sokungaPhangeli (UIF)!
Ii-CWPs zezona zihlelelekileyo kwaye zingakhuselekanga, kunye neyona ndlela yengqesho ephantsi. Umzekelo, ii-CWPs zaseKwakatsi eFreyistata zisebenza kuphela iintsuku ezimbini evekini, iintsuku ezisi-8 zizonke kangangenyanga, kwaye zihlawulwa kuphela i-R1000 ngenyanga.
