Alarming claims have emerged from Dis-chem's Distribution Centre in Midrand.
The Simunye Workers Forum is up in arms over a series of workplace policies, they claim, violate basic rights.
Dis-chem has allegedly banned workers from leaving the premises for lunch, doing light duties when pregnant and collecting condolence monies for deceased colleagues.
