We, the striking workers of CHEP JET PARK share with you the following update on our Strike.%>
For more than seven months, over 90 workers at the CHEP Jet Park warehouse have been on strike. Since the strike started on the 21st August 2025, workers have been picketing in front of the company gates. Every single day, they wake up, leave their homes, and take their place on the picket line.
They are not just fighting for themselves, but for all labour brokers, not only at CHEP, but throughout the country.
For the last seven months they have not received a wage. Prices are rising, public services and social protections are decreasing, yet worker’s wages are being kept low. The CHEP workers have taken a stand. The striking CHEP workers have been working there day after day, month after month, for up to 18 years, yet CHEP still forces them to remain ‘casual’ workers.
