Since the strike started on 21 August 2025, workers have been picketing outside.
Their supporters have staged numerous demonstrations at Chep sites across the country. The workers are demanding Chep payslips reflecting their permanent status, after the Labour Appeal Court ruled in 2020 that they'd been placed there by a labour broker for many years and were now Chep employees entitled to permanent protections.
This film is about the resilience and courage of the striking workers, and the impact the strike has had on their families.
